Kim Dawn and the Kripalu class participants.
This year we decided to have a double Karma class for the Winter Solstice. It was only much later that we discovered that there was also a double astronomical event on that day as well. There was a lunar eclipse as well as the winter solstice on 21 December.
We had a Kripalu yoga class in one practice room and we did 108 Sun Salutes in the other practice room. KIm lead 11 people in the Kripalu class and I lead the 108 Sun Salutes.
We raised $150 for the local foodbank.
