PEI Workshop 2007

I and three members from the studio (Tanya, Susan and Kim) attended this workshop in Charlottetown PEI from Friday September 14th to Sunday September 16th. There were about 65 people attending the workshop.

They came from all over the Maritimes and Maine. There was a wide range of skill levels and abilities present.  We all had a great time.

Some of us were able to attempt some new poses.  Ask Tanya how her headstand is progressing.

Friday evening was the first session. It started with a discussion about yoga philosophy followed by a full primary series practice.

Saturday morning was the second session. We had a discussion about the yoga sutras and this was followed by a blended primary and intermediate practice.

The Saturday afternoon session was further discussions about the yoga sutras and yoga philosophy. There was no practice on Saturday afternoon.

Sunday morning was the third and last session. We had a short discussion which was followed by another blended primary and intermediate practice.

We shared cars for the drive to PEI and we all stayed at the same Bed and Breakfast.  It was fun having breakfast together and planning our day’s events.
