Is the studio open or closed?
If the weather is stormy and you think you should stay inside, but there is yoga class scheduled tonight, how do you know if the class has been canceled or not?
Should you risk driving to the studio only to find out that the studio is closed. Such a waste of time and the drive was so dangerous.
Should you stay at home because you think the studio is closed only to find out the next time you come to the studio that it was open anyway.
What do you do? How do you find out if the studio is open or closed?
How to find out if the studio is open
When the weather is lousy and you are wondering if classes are happening, call the studio at 902-404-9642 and listen to the voice mail message. If the studio is closed the message will have been updated to say just that.
The voice mail message will be updated a minimum of 60 minutes before the start of class.
If the studio is open but you think it is unsafe to drive to the studio then definitely stay home and be safe. And now you are wondering what happens to the classes on your pass card when the studio is closed.
What happens to the classes on my pass card
5x / 10x pass card
If you have a 5x or 10x pass card then nothing happens as a result of the studio being closed due to bad weather. Your 5x or 10x pass card is good for any of our regular classes on the schedule. You can go to any class on the schedule, skip classes, miss a week or come every day of the week. You only use a class on the card when you actually go to a class.
So in this case there is no impact on your 5x or 10x pass card. But what if you have a monthly unlimited pass card.
Monthly unlimited pass card
The monthly unlimited pass card lets you attend as many classes in the month as you want for one fixed price. Come everyday for a week, stay away for week. Come twice a day. That’s the unlimited part of the pass card. Go to as many classes in the month as you want.
So if the studio is closed due to weather there is no impact on your monthly unlimited pass card. But if you have the First Month Unlimited pass card what happens then.
First Month Unlimited pass card
The First Month Unlimited pass card is for four weeks in row. The only difference between it and the Monthly Unlimited pass card is the price. If the studio is closed due to weather there is no impact on your First month unlimited pass card.
Summary
If the weather is bad, call the studio 60 minutes before the start of the class to find out if classes are still on.
