Yoga for Golfers

Golfing challenges your back and shoulders.

Bob was talking to me the other day about the challenges he is having with his golf game.  He was not complaining about his score. He was complaining about his sore back, stiff hips and weak shoulders.

I told Bob that we have a workshop at the yoga studio that will prepare his body for his golf game.   It will make his back stronger and more flexible.  It will also do the same thing for his shoulders and his hips.

With Bob’s newly developed strengthen and flexibility he will be driving the ball further than before without as many complaints from his body.

Bob also got an additional benefit.  As a result of the yoga workshop and his continuing yoga practice he is more focused on his game.

Who should take this workshop

If you are a golfer, now is the time to prepare your body for the rapidly approaching golf season.

If you are a non golfer,  this workshop is an opportunity for you to learn how to strengthen and increase the flexibility of your back, shoulders and hips.

Cost – $35 before 1 May 2015 and $50 afterwards.

You can register and pay for the workshop either at the studio or online.

At the studio

The next time you are at the studio you can pay by cash, cheque, debit or credit card.  Any of our teachers will be happy to help you register and take you payment.

Online

You can pay online by using your bank’s Interac e-transfer capabilities.  Send the transfer to jack@sunriseyoga.ca.  Include in body of the email that this is registration and payment for the yoga for golfers workshop on May 9.
