Helen has been leading Laughter Yoga sessions regularly for a while now and first discovered it in 2009 at a yoga conference from guru, Satpal Sodhi. Helen had a very successful class at the Alderney Gate Public Library on Wednesday January 23. There were 38 people in attendance. It was their most popular program in a long time at the library.
Helen is offering the same class at Sunrise Yoga on April 17th. She will be interviewed by CTV’s Kelland Sundahl on this date and the session will air on CTV’s evening news in PEI, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and appear online.
