This class will combine the benefits of meditation. The class begins with a brief 15 to 20 minute physical practice to help support a seated meditation practice.
An emphasis on physical endurance and mindfulness of the breath will be taught.
Compared to other classes at Sunrise Yoga Studio, such as Ashtanga yoga, Flow yoga and Kripalu yoga, this class will focus more on Meditation techniques. Seated, walking and reclined meditation will be practiced in this class followed by an optional pranassage (yoga massage).
