Bring a friend to class with you.
For the month of August we are encouraging all of our members to bring a friend to a yoga class with them.
We are handing out 3 business cards to each of our members.
Once you receive the cards all you have to do is give it to your friends, neighbours, relatives, co-workers and arrange for a time to bring them to a class during the month of August.
Your friend can be either young or old, man or woman, flexible or stiff as a board, experienced with yoga or brand new, it does not matter. The important thing is that you bring them to class with you.
But no one has invited me and I want to come!
If you have never been to a class at Sunrise yoga before you can take advantage of this event by telling the teacher that you saw the Bring a Buddy event on the website and you will get a free class too.
