![]() Kim Dawn Graham I began practicing yoga in 1991. The first yoga book I bought was: "Yoga; The Spirit and Practice of Moving into Stillness" by Erich Schiffman. I felt an affinity towards Kripalu yoga. When I learned Kripalu meant having compassion this made sense for me. Yoga enables us to feels compassion towards ourselves and others. I became a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher in June of 2008. I began teaching in August of 2008 at Sunrise Yoga Studio. I also teach at AllYoga Studio and offer workshops at Spoonstudio's. I have studied Yin yoga and yoga for seniors. Both have been incredibly valuable to me. I have a Bachelor and Master's in Fine Art. I am interested in teaching yoga connected with art and creative writing, yoga for depression, yin yoga and the practice of yoga nidra. My classes are all gentle enough for everyone. Feel free to join me to relax and nurture yourself through gentle movement, deep hip openers and your breath. Kim | |||
