Chocolates for Valentine’s Day
We are having a special treat for Valentine’s Day 2011.
Valentine’s Day Chocolates
There are 30 boxes of chocolates at the studio waiting to be picked up by you.
These are Lindt chocolates. They are imported from Switzerland and there are 5 chocolates in each of the boxes.
Each chocolate has a different filling:

The fall pot luck was held on Saturday September 12 from 4 pm to 8 pm at my home. We had about 20 members from the studio as well as their families and friends come out to share food and a good time.

The end of our fifth year in business is in September 2009. We first opened our doors in September 2004 with the objective of bring yoga to Dartmouth in a quality practice space.

Introduction to Meditation workshop

This workshop is for the beginning meditator. It will provide you a good overview and insight into meditation practice as well as many guided meditation sessions.
This workshop will help you to learn how to establish and sustain a daily meditation practice.

What is this
These classes are an opportunity for the studio and the teachers to give back to the community. We use these classes to raise funds for charities and community organizations. The teachers are donating their time and the studio is donating the space for the class.

Food Bank Christmas Karma Class

Our first ever food bank benefit yoga class was held on Sunday December 14 from 4 – 5:30 pm.
We had a Kripalu class and an Ashtanga class happening at the same time. These two classes were followed by a 30 minute meditation time lead by Mary Lynass.
